  3. Early Recovery: Rebuild permanent housing and provide cash assistance.
  4. Community Development: Restore health systems, provide psychosocial support, and rebuild infrastructure and social systems.

  3. ⁠In person and/or video call meetings with senior level staff along with HC USA’s legal representative present.
